Philosophy:
I have talked to many Siege Engine builders in person, and via email. They come from all sorts backgrounds, with the only real common denominator being a deep seated need to chuck stuff really far.
Team Members:
Team Tormentum is made up of several people who all contribute to construction, engineering, historical research and any other important tasks needed.
Daily Team Log:We work on our machines all year long. This log tracks what we are up to any given week.
In The News:We think we do cool stuff. Other people think we do cool stuff too. The following references document interviews, video, and updates to this website so you can go right to the latest items.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Common questions Emailed to us with answers.
Team Sponsors:
Mista Ballista and many of our siege machines are built with whatever we find laying around. We make lots of trips to local scrapyards to buy parts on the cheap, and even find raw material by the side of the road. While this keeps costs down, we often have problems finding certain raw materials for reduced prices. The following people have graciously donated materials to help build Mista Ballista.
Web Site Tech:Are you wondering how a web-site like Siege-Engine.com is maintained? Here's a primer on the tech needed to build this website, and how I managed to make it easy to maintain.
Contact the Catapult Builders:
Siege-engine.com and our team of builders exist solely in the realm of that mystical item, Spare Time . As such we are all very busy, but we would like to try to provide useful information to all web denizens.
Copyright:Siege-Engine.com is all original content (with some small well documented exceptions) written by us to advertise our activities. We reserve all copyrights as specified by US law.
